Processing of information as a data processor

Killjoy Productions ApS (CVR no.: 45239187) is the data processor for the following information that we collect about you and we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law.

As a partner hired externally for specific projects, a time-limited task or for a time-limited period, it is necessary for us to collect the following information about you:
  • Name, address, phone number, email, photos, bank details, salary, CPR number, tax details

  • Also, In most cases CVR number

The purpose of processing this information is to pay wages, register your contract or cooperation agreement in our internal system, and to ensure correct payment after completion of the assignment. We also need to be able to contact you with questions, work instructions, and follow-up dialogue regarding the specific collaboration.

Your information is processed on the following legal basis:

  • Performance of contract, specifically implementing measures prior to entering into a contract and performance of contract, both cf. Article 6(1)(b) (I thought it was fine that both were included, it is the same legal reference, so they can simply be combined.

Newsletter recipients

In order to receive the newsletter from Killjoy Productions ApS, it is necessary for us to collect the following personal information about you.

The purpose of storing this data is solely to be able to send newsletters to the email address that has been written down. You can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of the newsletter.

Recruitment and unsolicited applications
Recruitment  

The purpose of collecting personal data about you in the recruitment process is to assess whether you are a qualified candidate for a vacant position with us.

Personal data that emerges during the recruitment process is the information that appears in your application, CV and other accompanying documents that will be registered. It is not necessary for you to write your CPR number.

Your application and attachments will be shared internally with relevant personnel in the recruitment process, but will not be shared with anyone outside the company. If you are called for an interview, we will record information and details for use in the further recruitment process.

We process your information based on our legitimate interest in assessing your qualifications and competencies in relation to the advertised position cf. article 6, stk. 1 litra f. 

Applications and attachments can be stored for up to 6 months after the recruitment process has been completed, after which your information will be deleted.

Unsolicited applications 

In the case of unsolicited applications, we process your information based on our legitimate interest in assessing your qualifications and competencies in relation to possible future employment. cf. article 6 stk. 1, litra f. 

For unsolicited applications, the application and attachments are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are deleted.

Cookies when visiting the website

When you use our website, we collect and process a variety of information, including in the form of cookies. This happens, for example, when accessing content on the website.

When you give consent, we typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click on (interests).

To the extent that you give explicit consent and enter the information yourself, the following information will also be processed: Name, telephone number, email, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with creating a login.

The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage.

We use a number of third parties to store and process data, including IT solution providers and payroll providers. These only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only use data processors in the EU or safe third countries, as well as companies in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection. Data processors in countries outside of the EU include Google (for data collected via cookies) and Microsoft (provider of our email client).

Your rights

  • You have the right at any time to be informed about what data we process about you, where it comes from, and what we use it for. You can also be informed about how long we store your personal data, and who receives data about you to the extent that we disclose data in Denmark and abroad.

  • If you request it, we can inform you about the data we process about you. However, access may be limited due to concerns about the privacy of others, trade secrets and intellectual property rights.

  • If you believe that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. You must contact us and inform us of the inaccuracies and how they can be corrected. Please be precise about your correction, otherwise it will make our work more difficult and may in some cases result in us not being able to comply with your correction.

  • In some cases, we will have an obligation to delete your personal data. This applies, for example, if you withdraw any consent you have given. If you believe that your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we collected it, you can ask for it to be deleted. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law or other legal obligations.

  • You have the option to file a complaint with Datatilsynet

  • You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. You can also object to our disclosure of your data for marketing purposes. If your objection is justified, we will ensure that we stop processing your personal data.

  • You have the option of using data portability if you want your information moved to another data controller or data processor.

  • We will delete your personal data on our own initiative when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or when we have no legal basis to store it any longer.

When you contact us with a request to correct or delete your personal data, we will check whether the conditions are met and, if so, implement changes or deletion as quickly as possible.
